Office of Instructional Technology

We are Point Loma Nazarene University’s Office of Instructional Technology (OIT). We exist to nurture technology literacy among faculty so they can implement appropriate uses of technology to enhance the quality of teaching and learning at PLNU. Our vision is to provide excellent training and consultation services for faculty using both classroom and online instructional technologies.

We offer training and support for various instructional technologies such as Canvas (PLNU’s LMS), polling technologies, web conferencing and other Web 2.0 technologies.
